Leadership Development, Mentoring and Strategic Planning:
Mentor Support for Educational Leaders: Accelerate the learning curve for leaders! Partner with NC Peak for hybrid support to grow your leadership capacity through a customized coaching experience. We mentor central office leaders and school principals. For example, if your district has a new Chief Academic Officer, EC Director, Transportation Director, CTE Director, IT Director, or Capital Projects Director, we offer a customized mentorship experience.
Administrative Professional Learning: NC Peak will work collaboratively with district leaders to craft professional development for administrators. Share your needs, and we will build a customized, engaging growth experience for your leadership staff. This might be a summer administrative retreat, a stand-alone session, or monthly sessions throughout the year.

With an approach customized to the unique needs of your district, NC Peak will facilitate the creation of a new strategic plan to goal-set and align resources for your organization's future.
Onsite, External Feedback: If your school or district has moved to a desk-review accreditation model and seeks onsite feedback that can only be gained from classroom visits, interviews, and observations of the school while in operation, consider partnering with NC Peak for a customized external review process for your school or district.
For K-8 ‘alternative to accreditation’ in districts currently seeking high school accreditation only, NC Peak offers onsite feedback from an external partner for elementary and middle schools.
For high schools currently seeking desk-review accreditation, NC Peak offers onsite feedback to highlight a broader school story than data alone.
For districts currently suspending the accreditation process but seeking a cost-effective means to leverage feedback without recurring expenses such as an accreditation membership, NC Peak offers a customized district review process with deliverables that can be shared with your Board of Education.
